Dumbell Exercises

There's been a lot of debate in gyms if you should use dumbell exercises or machines to get a good workout.

I think using dumbell sets for exercises are definately the way to go to build strength and stimulate the stabilizer muscles. For the most part, I don't even use machines anymore when I train (with a few exceptions like the leg press) as I feel stronger and get better results using dumbells for my exercises when I workout.
