To work your abs effectively and get a killer ab burn, you really need to focus all your concentration and effort on getting the most from each ab exercise.

Most people think that crunches are ineffective. Those are the people that have no idea what they're doing.

The most important thing I can tell you about getting that killer burn in your abs is to focus on the movement in a slow controlled fashion. You really need to contract your abs hard on each rep and squeeze out all your air.

Killer ab Workout Tips

  • Keep the rep speed slow and controlled
  • Exhale all your air when contracting the abs on each rep
  • Use additional weight to make the abs work harder
  • Perform your killer ab workout at the end of your training session
  • Get your diet under control or you'll never see your abs
  • Do intense cardio a minimum of 3x per week
