is a wonderful workout and a change of pace for me. I like to keep my workouts
short and to the point without lacking intensity and the Sleek and Toned workout
gives just that. I
feel much better using it than I did with the workout I created for myself. My
muscles also look more defined and I haven't weighed myself, but I'm seeing changes
in my body and it looks great compared to what I was used to seeing. I
recommend this workout to anyone who wants to get back into shape or who just
wants to just feel better.
Just
finishing up week 1 and so far I am enjoying the workout. Can't wait to add the
next circuit! The way
that it's layed out is very user freindly and very easy to understand. I would
expect to pay at least 30 bucks for a workout like this.
